At Monarj Enterprises LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we carry specialized health, personal care, and electronic items, we maintain a specific return window to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

3-Day Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our support team will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@monarj.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty products, skincare, or opened health tools.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@monarj.com.
